This includes switching services back and forth between tenants, keeping them turned on during vacancies and making sure that your property isn’t positioning itself for a lien. We’ll track all services tied to your property, enforce payments from tenants and maintain your portion of bill.
Accounting
Your property portfolio is a business and that’s the way we treat it. Transactions are meticulously tracked and categorized to better paint a picture of your portfolio's viability. Records are kept in accordance with state and federal guidelines to ensure you remain compliant.
Move-Outs
When your tenant gives notice that they intend to vacate, we'll give them instructions on moving out and returning the property in the same condition they received it (reasonable wear and tear expected). We'll also hold their deposit while the property is made rent-ready to ensure they cover costs they're responsible for. They will then receive a refund and/or a statement of the disposition of funds in accordance with state guidelines.

Eviction Protection
